Danish windmill manufacturer Vestas and its subsidiary Celtic Wind Technology Ltd. has been selected to supply turbines for the first major UK offshore wind farm, the company informed.
The contract, which has a value to Vestas of approximately DKK 650 million, does not influence the Vestas Group’s expectations for year 2002-2003, cf.
