Dutch energy concern Eneco has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Air Energy, the third largest wind park developer in Belgium.
Eneco said it has paid 39 euros a share in cash for the stake which represents a premium of around 75% in view of Air Energy’s closing price on the stock exchange on 27 March.
