Russian state-owned power group RAO Unified Energy Systems (UES) plans to open a trading office in Finland by the fourth quarter of the year, Platts news service reported.
Speaking at a conference in Vienna, European sales manager for UES, Maxim Kozlov said the Helsinki office would be active on the Nordic power exchange Nord Pool from January 1, 2002.
