The Netherlands' biggest energy group Essent announced today that Michiel Boersma will become its new company chairman next year when the current CEO, Kees Weichers, retires.
Boersma is currently president of Shell Global Solutions in the Hague and executive vice president of Shell Oil Products Executive Committee in London.
