Eon AG said it has joined forces with Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (ADFEC) in London Array offshore wind farm as first step of a global renewable energy partnership.
Eon and ADFEC-owned Masdar agreed to share Eon’s 50 percent stake in London Array, leaving Eon with 30 percent and Masdar with 20 percent of the project.
