Atel Energie AG and EGT Energie GmbH said they have agreed to establish a jointly owned German energy trading company named EGT Energiehandel GmbH.
EGT has a large distribution network in the southwestern parts of Germany, and a main goal of the new company is to strengthen the market position in Germany.
