At least SEK 600m (EUR 65m) of the profit Sweden’s hydropower industry generates should be given back to the municipalities which have seen their rivers damaged. This is according to the Swedish Association of Hydropower Municipalities, which today increases its claim for economic compensation, reports news agency TT.
