Skanskagot the contract in partnership with Morrison Utility Services, to help deliverNational Grid's gas mains replacement programme and associated activities inthe UK.
Thetotal amount of the contract is 1.6 billion pounds.
Skanska awarded GBP 800m contract
Skanska UK said it was awarded an eight-year contract with National Grid of 800 million British pound, or about 8.6 billion Swedish kroner.
