Rec to offer shares for NOK 4bn, bonds for NOK 3-5bn
Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (Rec) said it has decided to offer new shares for about 4 billion Norwegian kroner, or about 455 million euros, and bonds for NOK 3-5 billion kroner, about 340-570 million euros.
