The Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) hassigned a 34.8 million-euro loan agreement with Klaipedos Nafta AB to finance theterminal at the port of Klaipeda.
The terminal will start operations on 3December. This is the first terminal of its kind in the Baltic countries.
