The executive committee in Helsinki voted yesterday 11-4 in favour of Helsingin Energia participating in TVO's construction of the planned fifth nuclear reactor. The Greens voted against the proposal that Helsingin Energia reserve a part of the electricity which the new reactor would produce, news agency STT reported.
