The Finnish company EMP Projects and Danish company Global Green Energy are to build a 20 MW windfarm in Paldiski, near the Estonian capital Tallinn.
The Pakri Tuulepark windfarm is part of a cooperation between Finnish and Estonian authorities which us attempting to reduce pollution, the Finnish environment ministry said in a statement.
