The insolvency administrator over theassets of Conergy AG, attorney-at-law Dr. Sven-Holger Undritz, and themanagement board of Conergy AG said they intended to jointly apply to themanagement of the exchange for the delisting of the shares of Conergy AG fromthe Regulated Market.
