Norway's energy minister Einar Steensnæs had no concrete alternatives to present after he today rejected Statnett's application for a licence for the planned 1200 MW North Sea Interconnector (NSI).
"We are working with alternatives but have no concrete proposals to present now," a stressed minister told Europower.com
