Netherlands: Sep expects stranded costs settlement in autumn

Sep expects that it will take until the autumn before the stranded costs are divided between the four Dutch power producers. In answering TDN-questions Sep said that although all parties would have benefited from a speedy settlement, the differences between the competitors proved too big.

The
