Ireland's Public Enterprise Minister Mary O'Rourke yesterday raised the possibility of a stock market flotation of the Electricity Supply Board (ESB) for the first time. Equity analysts in Dublin were unanimous that there would be a strong appetite for the shares if the Minister eventually opted for a public listing, the Irish Independent reported.
