The programme of ecological taxes introduced by Germany's SPD/Greens coalition government will not, after all, include the controversial special tax on nuclear fuels, Handelsblatt reported.
A spokesman for the environment ministry on Monday said that the idea of such a special tax did not come from the Environment Ministry but from the parliamentary Greens.
