The Finnish government has agreed today on a plan to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides from old incineration plants. The plan will apply to a total of 107 old plants of more than 50 MW which burn pit coal, oil, peat and wood-based fuels, the Finnish environment ministry said in a press release.
