The European Commission intends to make new proposals on electricity and gas liberalisation, Energy Commissioner Loyola de Palacio said at the 8th Handelsblatt Annual Energy Conference in Berlin yesterday.
The Commissioner underlined the need to complete the current liberalisation by new proposals, in order to have a real liberalised European single market for every consumer by 2005.
