British Energy Plc will probably reach an agreement this week with bondholders on a 1.5 billion-pound (2.26 billion euros) government bailout, analysts told Bloomberg News.
The UK’s largest producer of nuclear power has until Friday to convince creditors to accept the proposal, which includes swapping existing debt for new bonds and stock.
