The agreemententails that ATP buys the property situated at the address Nesa Allé 1, 2820Gentofte, at a price of 1.9 billion Danish kroner, or about 255 million euros.
At thesame time, Dong Energy and ATP have entered into a lease agreement which cannotbe terminated for the next 15 years.
