The London-based International Petroleum Exchange said it has joined up with PricewaterhouseCoopers, ABB Energy Information Systems and Energy Settlements and Information Services (ESIS) to draw up solutions for a new market in electricity following the requirements listed by the UK's National Grid Company (NCRC) and Office of Electricity Regulation (OFFER).
