The leases include Marine CurrentTurbine’s (MCT) Skerries tidal project off Angelesy, North Wales, and aproposed development by Pelamis Wave Power in the Scottish Western Isles, bothof 10 megawatts.
The other leases are for: MorayFirth (AWS Ocean Energy), West Islay (Marine Energy), Mull of Kintyre(Nautricity), Bluemull Sound (Nova Innovation), Sands Sound (OceanflowDevelopment) and Strangford Lough, Northern Ireland (Minesto UK), the papersaid.
