Tennet has received all internal approvals necessary to carry out the proposed transaction.
Tennet acquires German Transpower for EUR 885m
Tennet has acquired the German high voltage grid operator Transpower stromübertragungs gmbh (Transpower) which is part of Eon AG. The agreed enterprise value of Transpower will be EUR 885 million.
