Tekla stated that three of Vattenfall's Finnish network companies, Keski-Suomen Valo Oy, Revon Sähkö Oy and Vattenfall Siirto Oy, will be merged into Vattenfall Verkko Oy, a new company which will begin operating on 1st July 2002.
