SYDKRAFT BUYS DISTRICT HEATING IN POLAND. Sydkraft has acquired 23.2 per cent of the shares in the district heating company in Ostrow Wielkopolski in central Poland. The company has also signed a letter of intent to acquire stakes in another district heating company on the coast.
