The floating wind turbine company Sway AS said it has concluded a private placement of 150 million Norwegian kroner, or about 18.8 million euros.
Norwegian oil and gas company Statoil ASA said it agreed to contribute half of the placement, NOK 75 million, provided Sway is able to meet agreed target milestones.
