Solon AG für Solartechnik said it agreed to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Hilber Technic Cooperation GmbH (HTC) form the previous shareholders.
Steinach am Brenner, Austria-based HTC manufactures the Solon Mover, a double axial photovoltaic tracking system.
