Solar-Fabrik acquires 80% in Indian wafer recovery company

Solar-Fabrik AG said it has signed a letter of intent for an 80 percent holding in Poseidon Chemicals of Chennai, India, for some 3 million euros.

Once the Sale and Purchase Agreement has been signed, Solar-Fabrik AG will hold 80 percent of the shares in Poseidon via its subsidiary company Solar- Fabrik Services Pte Ltd.
