The manager of RWE's new London trading office, Stefan Judisch believes Europe's electricity bourses will act, at least in the medium-term, as price regulators for the entire area. In the longer-term, he questions whether exchanges may not become redundant when European prices reach similar levels, Power in Europe said in its latest issue.
