The bonds will not be stocklisted initially, but Rec may decide to list the Bonds at a later time, the company said.
Rec launches EUR 300m convertible bond
Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (Rec) said it intends to issue a 300 million-euro convertible bond to institutional investors, due in June 2014.
