PGNiG ARE HAPPY, CLIENTS NOT. The Polish gas monopolist Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo PGNiG, have after the negotiations with the Polish regulating council, Urzad Regulacji Energetyki URE, achieved the possibility to raise the gas price by 8-11 percent.
