FIGHTING FOR EC BYDGOSZCZ. The Treasury has decided to continue the negotiations about selling a stake of the heating and power plant in Bydgoszcz, Zespol Elekrocieplowni Bydgoszcz, with all four bidders: Cornerstone Partners consortium, SFW Energia from Gliwice, International Trade and Countertrade Consultants, Elektrocieplownie Warszawskie, Elektrownie Szczytowo-Pompowe and Komunalne Przedsiebiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej in Bydgoszcz.
