NEW COKE AND COAL GROUP. By the end of June the treasury vice-minister, Stanislaw Speczik, is planning to form the coke and coal group that will unite Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (coal company) and three coking companies: Przyjazn, Walbrzych and Zabrze.
