PESC FOR SALE. The Treasury has fixed the date (6 September) of last applications to buy the heat and power company - Przedsiebiorstwo Energetyczne Systemy Cieplownicze (PESC) in Czestochowa that supplies heat to 220,000 clients in Czestochowa, Klobuck, Lubliniec and Myszkowice.
