UKRAINE READY FOR NORTHERN PIPE. Ukrainian minister of fuel and power, Yuriy Boyko, said in London that Ukraine is ready to participate in building the North European Gas Pipeline which will deliver gas from Russia to Germany passing by Poland and the Baltic countries.
