UNPROFITABLE BIO-FUEL. The EU rules make bio-fuel production in Poland less profitable than it used to be. Because of that the Ministry of Finance has decreased the excise permits for bio-fuel, and at the same time they have changed the rules regarding public help for the food sector, which could make bio-fuel investments more profitable.
