POWER SUPPLIER CAN BE CHOSEN. There has been a conference in Warsaw during which the Regulating Council URE (Urzad Regulacji Energetyki) discussed the question of liberalising the power market. According to the rules, for a couple of months the Poles have been able to choose between the power suppliers, however, only few people have used this opportunity.
