TURBINE FOR 16.8 MILLION PLN. Miejskie Przedsiêbiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej (the heat and power plant) in Tarnow has started the new gas and oil turbine. It cost PLN 16.6m and was financed by the World Bank with PLN 9m and Ekofundusz with a donation of PLN 2.4m.
