SMALL HEAT AND POWER PLANTS IN POLAND. The representatives of PGNiG, Shell and Gasunie signed a letter of intent for building small heat and power plants using gas. The projects will refer to building the heat and power plants as well as the small turbines working in association (generating electric energy and heat of 1-20 MWe).
