BIO-FUEL ACCEPTED BY PRESIDENT. Poland’s president Lech Kaczynski has signed a law stating that farmers will be allowed to produce 100 litres of bio fuel per hectare annually. Bio-fuel can be also produced by other than farmers on the condition that it is used for individual purposes.
