Pöyry's Energy business group has been awarded a technical advisory services contract in a coal-fired power plant project in Russia. The end client is the power generation company OGK-3.
Pöyry will provide its services to JSC Sibcotes, an engineering company based in Novosibirsk belonging to the E4 group, who have been appointed general designer in the project.
