Orkla has Monday acquired 61,684,035 shares in Renewable Energy Corporation (REC) from Good Energy Invest (GEI), representing approximately 12.48 percent of the outstanding shares in REC, at a price of NOK 105 per share, according to an announcement from the Oslo Stock Exchange.
