Hydro has been reported to the Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime (Økokrim) for possible breach of the Securities Trading Act.
This is in connection with the handling of confidential information while preparing a draft report of fourth-quarter results for 2006.
