Iberdrola to list 20% of its renewable energy subsidiary

Iberdrola SA has decided to sell up to 20 percent of the equity in its renewable energy subsidiary Iberdrola Energías Renovables (Iberenova).

This will be done through a capital increase to be followed by an initial public share offer (IPO) to take place in the final quarter of this year, the Spanish energy group said in a press release.
