Norsk Hydro ASA said it is forced by increasing power prices in Europe to restructure its German aluminium production plants.
The Norwegian energy and aluminium group said that it has been unable to secure power contracts at prices that can sustain continued operation of two of its primary aluminium plants in Germany.
