Hafslund ASA said it plans to sell about a third of its 21.33 percent stake in Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC). Hafslund has appointed ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA and UBS Investment Bank as Managers and Joint Bookrunners for an accelerated bookbuilding and potential secondary placing of up to 35 million shares in REC.
