Germanischer Lloyd Industrial Services GmbH acquires the remaining 25 percent stake in Germanischer Lloyd WindEnergie GmbH (GL Wind) to make the Hamburg-based company a wholly owned subsidiary.
The 25 percent stake is bought from Kiel-based investment company Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Schleswig-Holstein GmbH.
