From October, at least 100 small and medium-sized Berlin companies will change their electricity supplier from Berlin-based Bewag to VEW Energie which is located in Dortmund. The contract has been negotiated via the energy broker Ampere AG, and the volume amounts to about 122 GWh, the equivalent of some 55,000 households, the companies said in a press release.
