The German city of Leipzig today presented its plans for a power exchange called Leipziger Power Exchange (LPX), German business news agency ADX reported.
Until now, Frankfurt, Hanover and Düsseldorf, in addition to Leipzig, have launched their candidacy for housing Germany's planned energy exchange.
